Please do not send patient information through this website, by email or by text. This site is for general business inquiries. If we work together, we will tell you how to share anything that involves patient information, and we will have the right written agreement in place first.
What this website collects
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages and buttons people use. It records things like the pages viewed, the type of device and browser, the general area a visit comes from, and whether someone clicks the Book, phone or email links. It does not know your name. It uses cookies to tell one visit from another. We have turned off Google's advertising features and Google signals for this website.
Information you give us
- Booking a call. When you book through Calendly, you enter your name, email address, and any details you add. Calendly collects and stores that information under its own privacy policy, and we receive it so we can hold the call.
- Email or phone. If you email or call us, we keep your message and contact details so we can reply and follow up.
How we use it
We use this information to answer your questions, schedule calls, deliver services you have asked for, and improve this website. We do not sell your information.
Who else sees it
Google (for Analytics), Calendly (for booking), our email provider, and our website host (Cloudflare) handle information as part of providing their services. We do not share your information with anyone else except where the law requires it.
Your choices
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's opt-out add-on for Analytics.
- You can ask us to delete the contact information we hold about you by emailing the address below.
Children
This website is for healthcare practices and is not meant for children.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will post the new version here with a new date.
